"My family and I just came back from Big Sky. We rented Lisa's townhouse and had a wonderful time! First, Lisa is very nice and very helpful. I have organized a number of ski trips in the past and have not dealt with anyone as great as Lisa! The house was perfect for our family which included an 11 week old baby. The house was super convenient with access to the Poma lift... one note, this is not a chair lift, but a "platter" type surface lift similar to a t-bar (check out wikipedia for a better description). If you are a snowboarder, I highly recommend that you strap in both feet and put the platter between your legs... for the first few days, I just held on with my hands/arms... this is highly discouraged as it is very difficult to hold on all the way up the relatively steep slope. For skiers this is no problem and after I switched it was no problem for me either... this was my only concern... everything else was great. I highly recommend Lisa's townhouse!"
